Since 1992, the core of our services have been aimed towards the ecclesiastical orders, the ministry family, and their members. I implore you to review our services, try us out and seek to learn more about your faith, ecclesiastical laws and the ecclesiastical policies development.  We only approved 50 Free cases each year for Pro Se Legal Support in our ministry program..

National Ecclesiastical Paralegal Services (NEPS) is your virtual ecclesiastical support team providing paralegal assistance and  serve as your legal service department. Whether it is any paralegal ecclesiastical projects, that do not justify hiring additional staff to setting up your ecclesiastical legal department (i.e., ecclesiastical contract or lease files, organizing e-files, organizing ecclesiastical records books, managing integrated auxiliaries reorganizations, assisting in due diligence, post-merger clean-up, etc.).  NEPS can fortify your religious order when staffing is strained at certain peak times or due to overflow. For smaller  ministry business departments, with no ecclesiastical assistance,  NEPS can provide on-demand assistance when you need it whether for quick research, general corporate assistance or for the handling of a particular project. NEPS is here for your every need.

N.E.P.S. provides the court orders for your local assembly (to any) issues, it's decrees, in accordance with the rule of your order.   •  Legal Support Department (Agent Services)

A registered agent is the legally designated point of contact for your Religious order,  business, or nonprofit. The registered agent receives important legal notices, such as service of process (aka notice of lawsuit), on your ministry or business. .Our team provides your religious order (or business) with both registered agent services and serve as your legal department supporting  the sectarian needs of the order in a secular world.   • Ecclesiastical Paralegal Services

Our team of ecclesiastical paralegals provide you (or your order) with the most up to date trends for sectarian law research and development, for connection to your secular applications. The core is our research into ecclesiastical laws (or other religious laws) applicable to your faith. We only take a limited amount of secular research for attorneys with clients whom have a connection to an ecclesiastical orders.  All members get a block of services with additional block of services at a nominal cost.   • Memberships Plan

While member are expected to do what is right, that  is not always the case. When members find themselves in a matter that crosses into the sectarian belief. We are here to support. Members plans starts at $35.00 for two years of support. contact member@usneps.com or click below to join now.

  • Grant Writing Plan

Our grant writing plans are developed around  your "for or non profit" plans and vision. The base packet start at $35.00 (membership), plus $10 per months of services and 2% of the operational award (plus any applicable renewals).  Contact us: grants@usneps.org


Second Line Services

  • Prison ministry for Pro Se litigation support

Under this program for members for members only. The Pro Se litigation services works in two ways. The church or its auxiliaries are involved in a matter, but seeks to resolve it at a low cost or simply need some aid in finding the laws applicable.  We support the pro se litigate with research into that civil or criminal matter, as long as we are not required to provide advice. Our central goal related to your research in laws applicable to your business, , civil (or criminal) matters. This is a block services that requires a membership. contact us; prose@usneps.com

  • Ecclesiastical Formation's

90% of religious institutions are not formed under the proper formation of their own sectarian order. One reason may be a secular person (or "minded" person) put the paperwork together without the full understanding of your mission in faith. We review and create (or update) your formation in step with your religious order and principles.  While legal under secular order of operation. Our formation services cost only a donation of $75.00 and comes with one year of registered agent services for your order. contact us: formation@usneps.com

  • Ecclesiastical Investigations

No matter who the person is in connection with your order. An investigation area always in order. We investigate the ordination of a member, position into ministry, morals, vendors of the order, members, leaders and much more for $500.00, retainer (non-refundable).   • Church Security Services

Security of the ecclesiastical center is the core of protection for our members, auxiliaries and others. We offer these services to members, their auxiliaries and extended venues. Most of our security team comes in three area (a) plain cloths, (b) uniform security official(s), or (c) Off duty Law enforcement official(s). This services are for members only only serves the sectarian orders, not the general public. The core is supporting local religious order to set up their security team.  Contact us: security@usnep.com


All services are rendered by either a membership or referral services to another firm, person or group. Once you complete you membership, your membership and service contract will be emailed to you. Once you become a full member of the NEPS. all services are open based upon the kind of membership or referral of needs.  All membership dues or fees paid, are non refundable.  All fund are deposit with the WCNAC/DMECS to your credit and application for membership. Most criminal (Pro Se) matter take anywhere, by and between, 30 days (or up to five years for referral). This is  based upon the nature of the matter investigating or services providers.  All request for paralegal support service, must have funds placed in holding with us (until completion of the case), before accepting any matter. We only grant support to 50 pro se criminal case each year. No holder overs. to the next years. If no work is completed within five years, all funds will be refunded.
